Bilateral Mastectomies with Free Nipple Graft

The patient is a very pleasant gentleman who is transitioning from female to male. The patient was given general endotracheal anesthesia, and procedure was done in 3 hours. An inframammary type of incision was made down through the skin and subcutaneous tissue just to the chest wall. The nipple was removed which is what we call a nipple graft and re-placed back on the chest wall. Overall he is doing very well, very happy with the results.
