Removal and Replacement of implants

This patient looks great. She had a lot of wrinkling of her implants because she is so thin and you could see that. We decided to go back to surgery and I did a capsulodesis of the capsule. I put in new implants. I used the ultra-cohesive gel implant also best known as the Gummy bear implant. I am happy to report that she looks great. Her implants look nice. They are not wrinkled and she seems very happy with her results as so am I.
